Kirk Strawn

Op 9 juni 2008 is Kirk Strawn op 86-jarige leeftijd overleden, een pionier op het vlak van waterlelies.
Hij heeft meer dan 50 nieuwe cultivars gemaakt. Hij was zeer kieskeurig en heeft dan ook enkel prachtige, vernieuwende soorten voortgebracht.
